This statue was created in 2001, artist is still very much alive, Ukraine does not recognize Freedom of Panorama (see here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Copyright_rules_by_territory/Ukraine#Freedom_of_panorama) and I think this means that neither Wikipedia nor Commons can host the file. Multiple non-free images are being used in the Leah Hing article with the stated purpose of visual identification. In aggregate, these images violate WP:NFCC#3a. Only one image is needed for such use. My recommendation is to use File:LeahHingPlane.jpg or File:LeahHingpilot.jpg. I have no strong opinion on which of the two but lean towards File:LeahHingPlane.jpg as the subject of the article is a pilot and the image shows the subject with her plane. I believe all three are of great importance each picture shows a different part of her life and notability. Music was also a part of her life and that's why I included the picture of her with her saxophone because it mattered. I do not see how this violates. Mcelite ( talk) 19:22, 28 January 2019 (UTC)
