Image is claimed to be public domain coming from C-Span. However, per the copyright and licensing page on C-Span, only video of "debates originating from the chambers of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate is in the public domain". This image is not a debate from one of the chambers. As such this image is not in the public domain. Whpq ( talk) 18:33, 10 September 2018 (UTC) reply
