The replacement file is correct (no metadata). Alternatively - just delete this file completely, and I'll re-upload the no-metadata one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cnd ( talk • contribs) 00:09, 6 December 2018 (UTC)

The
previous FFD discussion was closed as "no consensus". The previous rationale was whether the image meets
WP:NFCC; the discussion evolved into whether the image is copyrightable in the US and whether the image adds understanding to the topic in question per
WP:IUP#Image content (well, not cited in that discussion). I discussed the closer about whether to change the status to reflect the US copyright. When the closer was unsure, I then asked whether to relist that discussion. I was told that another discussion would be the best way, so here I am creating another one. This time, the discussion should concentrate on the US copyright eligibility and the image's relevantrelevance to the article "
I Will Survive". If the image is not copyrightable in the US, then {{
PD-ineligible-USonly}} should be used; the UK law would consider the image copyrightable because the UK's threshold is very low. Another question is, regardless of the image's US copyright, whether the image helps readers understand the song very well and whether to keep the image.

Fails WP:NFCC#3a and WP:NFCC#8 in place of the standard cover. There is no reasoning or rationale why two same looking covers are needed. — IB [ Poke ] 22:24, 6 December 2018 (UTC)
