In addition to not having the separate, specific non-free use rationale for "Lebanon Football Association" required by WP:NFCC#10c, the file is not being used in the main infobox and is not itself the subject of any sourced commentary within the article, so its usage appears decorative and lacking the contextual significance required by WP:NFCC#8. Various non-free screenshots of news open being used in TV station articles. Since none of these screenshots are being used in the infobox of the articles and the screenshots themselves are not subject of any sourced commentary where they are being used, their usage appears to be mainly decorative and lacking the contextual significance required by WP:NFCC#8: A non-free screenshot is not needed for the reader to understand that the relevant station offered news programming on certain days at certain times. Many of these files also seem to fail WP:NFCC#3a since they are not needed to show the station's logo because that information can be obtained from the logo being used in the infobox. It may be possible that some of these are too simple to be eligible for copyright protection as {{ PD-logo}} which would mean they are not subject to WP:NFCC. - Keep. The article which this file is placed isn't a list, per say; it's an article with multiple individual subjects identified and summarized in their own sections. Compare this to articles about songs that has an alternate version (usually by a different singer); the alternate version has its own cover, and is kept in the article. The file is needed to identify the subject in the section which it is placed.

- NFLISTS is not a blanket ban on non-frees in lists. I think the case for keeping is not overly strong but then I think it's fairly sloppy for the guideline to treat "lists" and "compound articles" under the same header - for one thing, a pure list is fairly unlikely to have non-decorative non-free images and thus would almost always fail WP:NFCC#8 but that would not be the case for a compound article. - Keep The veracity of the PD claim of the Commons file has been questioned during the Wikiproject Military history A-Class review of the Pećanac Chetniks article. This is because there is no evidence that it has been published other than on the website in question, which clearly would bring the PD status into question in both Serbia and the US. I agree with the reviewer that the PD claim of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum is questionable, so I have uploaded a local version with a NFR for use in the subject article. Various non-free screenshots of news open being used in TV station articles. Since none of these screenshots are being used in the infobox of the articles and the screenshots themselves are not subject of any sourced commentary where they are being used, their usage appears to be mainly decorative and lacking the contextual significance required by WP:NFCC#8: A non-free screenshot is not needed for the reader to understand that the relevant station offered news programming on certain days at certain times. Many of these files also seem to fail WP:NFCC#3a since they are not needed to show the station's logo because that information can be obtained from the logo being used in the infobox. It may be possible that some of these are too simple to be eligible for copyright protection as {{ PD-logo}} which would mean they are not subject to WP:NFCC. - Keep. The article which this file is placed isn't a list, per say; it's an article with multiple individual subjects identified and summarized in their own sections. Compare this to articles about songs that has an alternate version (usually by a different singer); the alternate version has its own cover, and is kept in the article. The file is needed to identify the subject in the section which it is placed.

- NFLISTS is not a blanket ban on non-frees in lists. I think the case for keeping is not overly strong but then I think it's fairly sloppy for the guideline to treat "lists" and "compound articles" under the same header - for one thing, a pure list is fairly unlikely to have non-decorative non-free images and thus would almost always fail WP:NFCC#8 but that would not be the case for a compound article. - Keep The veracity of the PD claim of the Commons file has been questioned during the Wikiproject Military history A-Class review of the Pećanac Chetniks article. This is because there is no evidence that it has been published other than on the website in question, which clearly would bring the PD status into question in both Serbia and the US. I agree with the reviewer that the PD claim of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum is questionable, so I have uploaded a local version with a NFR for use in the subject article.
