The image is undoubtedly fair use to describe the specific incident at Super Bowl XXXVIII halftime show controversy. However, I am uncertain if fair use applies to its current use in Janet Jackson, one of the people involved in the controversy depicted in the photo. Per WP:NFC#UUI No. 6, it is unacceptable to use an "image to illustrate an article passage about the image, if the image has its own article (in which case the image may be described and a link provided to the article about the image)." Is No. 6 applicable here when Super Bowl XXXVIII halftime show controversy exists, or does that only apply to articles specifically about a picture like Raising the Flag on Iwo Jima, and not to articles about an incident that is not about the specific picture per se? — Bagumba ( talk) 04:54, 7 December 2015 (UTC)

The film screenshot is used in section about the film, Bless Their Little Hearts, in the director's article, Billy Woodberry. There is no critical commentary of the image itself in the article, it does nothing to increase the reader's understanding of the film and its exclusion is not detrimental to the understanding of the film, thereby failing WP:NFCC#8. Delete - unused files, missing any evidence that this is actually the home of Paul McCartney as claimed. Kelly hi! 10:49, 7 December 2015 (UTC)

User admits it is a TV screenshot. It is therefore non-free. Moreover it is only being used in a consolidated list of characters so I believe it fails WP:NFCCP#8. BethNaught ( talk) 21:40, 7 December 2015 (UTC)
