- Note, there is another of her that I put up for deletion a couple of days ago. Editor claims he took the picture. Anyone familiar with photography, screen caps, etc (ie: me) can easily see it is not a photograph. Even the aspect ratio is out of whack, so the source is utter falsehood. - Under which rule is this non-free? It is a picture of a building in a public location that happens to have a paint job on it. Is there any evidence that the image is in fact copyrighted or in other ways non-free? Who holds the copyright?

- Well, all creative works are copyrighted and a photo of a copyrighted work is a derivative work and requires the copyright holder's permission. freedom of panorama in Canada is a lot better than it is most places, but only for 3D works (e.g. sculptures).
