There is no Freedom of Panorama in France, and thusly this constitutes a derivative work. ShakespeareFan00 ( talk) 11:51, 24 June 2015 (UTC) reply

No freedom of panorama for photographic works in the US. The article lists this as the work of a private-sector artist working for a private-sector group, so the exception for US government works doesn't apply.  —  Chris Woodrich ( talk) 13:58, 24 June 2015 (UTC) reply

The uploader asserts they are the copyright holder, however the image appears to be a publicity photo widely used, for example, see this. The EXIF data shows that the copyright holder is "2002 Darkness Remains" the band in the photo. Whpq ( talk) 19:33, 24 June 2015 (UTC) reply

File:Ambika Sharan Singh.jpg ( delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Avi130988 ( notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Uploader is claiming to be the copyright holder however this appears to be a photo taken of a poster or magazine page. The photo shows the shine from the flash on the camera bouncing off the page. The reflected flash is more apparent in the first version of the photo which isn't cropped. Whpq ( talk) 19:36, 24 June 2015 (UTC) reply

Clarification Ambika Sharan Singh The picture is neither from a magazine or a newspaper its from a photo frame at my house , that's why u see the flash in the pic which is due the flash light of camera.Till date this has not been printed in any newspaper magazine or any other print media. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Avi130988 ( talkcontribs) 17:58, 25 June 2015 (UTC) reply
