They both differ from the originals on Commons in showing the Falkland Islands in a different color, but they do not format this change properly (the first map uses blue for the Falklands in the main map, but not the inset; the second uses a badly pasted British flag) and are inaccurate in doing so (the first map simply denotes the regions recognised by Argentina; the second correctly marks the Falklands as being claimed by Montevideo at the time). — innotata 04:12, 22 August 2015 (UTC)

This image is used under a claim of fair use as it was released by ESA and is considered non-free as the ESA copyright notice says that the images may not be used commercially and may not be modified.
However, 2 color versions of what appears to be the same image, or at least a very similar image, are on Wikimedia Commons and are flagged as public domain: File:Huygens_surface_color.jpg and File:Huygens_surface_color_sr.jpg.
The former comes from JPL and the latter comes from ESA's website. The description of the latter says that the Descent Imager/Spectral Radiometer instrument used to take the photo was being furnished by NASA for Huygens and that the University of Arizona was working under a contract for NASA during the mission.
There are three possibilities at this point: (a) the image is non-commercial fair use and cannot be replaced, (b) the image is non-commercial fair use and is replaceable by the two color images I mentioned, or (c) the image is public domain as it's produced by NASA.
