Comment IMHO this is the best way to take this picture. The memorial is a direct reference to
this famous picture with soldiers going from left to right, and faces not visible.

Oppose I think you'd struggle to find a 10px square of that picture that's not displaying heavy jpeg artifacting.--

previously nominated in April 2006 and failed to get much support. Standards have increased significantly since then.
