Original – "Anatomical Man" (also "Zodiacal Man"), Très Riches Heures du Duc de Berry (Ms.65, f.14v, early 15th century). It shows the purported relation between body parts and the signs of the zodiac.
Due to missing portion the page's size is somewhat misleading, but that's tolerable for me (although I'm not a fan of clipping the historical images).
