Support Sharpness works for me. Looking at the eye, it's clear there's very good pixel-per-pixel detail. The yellow flower makes for a good contrasting background.

Under the given circumstances in a dark swamp and the 2-3x magnification i would say yes. The picture displays a area of 5mm --
