Original – Black-faced Cormorant (Phalacrocorax fuscescens), Derwent River Estuary, Tasmania, AustraliaCropCrop 2
Reason
This species is the only ocean-going Cormorant in Australia. The other species are mostly found more inland. This photograph was taken from a boat in the Derwent Estuary.
Oppose those rocks are awfully bright and large in the frame and they're OOF which is too distracting for me. How about cropping the bottom of the image?

1st crop still has too much of those blurry bright rocks for me to support. I added Alt 2 which I would support. Hopefully this isn't too late but if it is I'd support this on a re-nom.
