Oppose for now as per scale comment from unsigned user. Is the whole bar supposed to represent 100m? Or just one of the segments of the bar? I suspect it's the whole bar, so why even have black and white segments?

What I'm more worried about is that the vertical bar appears to be made of segments of varying sizes. Dividing the bar into segments is a convention (for example, on the 5km bar, it gives the user 1km easily); dividing it unevenly isn't. Also, the distance is usually put on top of the full bar, so that it stretches over more than one segment. (Correct me if I'm wrong on this) Adam Cuerden(
