  • Support alt 1 - Nice dark shadows on moon's surface, due to sun right behind camera! -- Janke | Talk 16:17, 14 November 2021 (UTC) reply
  • Neutral - seems oversaturated. MER-C 19:23, 15 November 2021 (UTC) reply
  • It's hard to judge, because it's outer space and the source is NASA. However I also support an Alternate version (edited version) with less saturation. Bammesk ( talk) 02:17, 16 November 2021 (UTC) reply
    • Agree. I read the blog post linked below, and would indeed prefer lower saturation of the blues (not the browns). -- Janke | Talk 19:42, 16 November 2021 (UTC) reply
  • Support alt 1. MER-C 13:46, 18 November 2021 (UTC) reply
  • Comment - I think it's worth reading the blog post on how this image was created. It isn't exactly a single image (though isn't exactly a montage either) - to me it feels a little artificial with the lack of colour data on the moon, but certainly a striking shot. • I uploaded a less saturated Alternate. Pinging participants to reassess @ Yann, Janke, MER-C, and TSP:. Bammesk ( talk) 02:54, 18 November 2021 (UTC) reply
  • OK Alt 1 is better. Yann ( talk) 11:01, 18 November 2021 (UTC) reply
