Oppose and suggest closure on the following grounds:
The nominator has
never edited the article and I can't see a talk page discussion for where other editors agreed that this is ready for a FAC (I note that the nominator has only been active on Wikipedia for a few weeks, so they might be unfamiliar with expectations around the FA process)
This isn't even a
good article yet and it also does not have a single peer review.
There is nobody on the talk page who has even raised that this article is ready for a FAC.
This article is way too messy and not concise enough. Also adding on, this article has only existed for less than 3 months (although FA articles can technically be nominated at any time, this is quite premature.)
