TheFearow ( talk · contribs) I am currently starting to get active on Wikipedia, and I want to know how I can improve my work. I currently am mainly working on WP:DEAD and User:DeadBot Matt - TheFearow 22:07, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

You are doing great, TheFearow. Here are a few suggestions. First, I suggest you enable a forced edit summary in your preferences, so you don't forget to put them. 72% for minor edits is O.K., but it leaves room for imporvement. (Mine is 99 for minor and 95 for major, but I think the tool is buggy, because, I didn't mark some edits as minor on purpose in mainspace for around a week, but nothing chaged. Secondly, pick an article you'd like to expand, and bring to feautred, or at least good article status. I've brought Stanley Cup to good article status. Thirdly, if you are interested in becoming an administrator (we really need more), try to work against vandalism (RC patrol), look out for new pages, (New page patrol), look out for usernames, and participate in deletion debates (AKA XfD). A note: The tools below DO NOT show my correct edit count etc. The majority of my edits are on NP patrol. You can get an idea of my edits be looking at user talk space edits, as a lot of them are warning users for newpages. My actual contribution count (can't be checked without DB access or a better method) is probably ~600-700 depending on various things. Matt - TheFearow 21:26, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
Questions
Borrowed from Glen ( talk · contribs), I'm sure he wont mind. These should test you editing skills, and show if you have any weaknesses which you can work on. So, just write your answer next to the Question. Good luck.
Speedy Delete or not:
Vandalism or or not:
