I see you have a lot of participation in AfD's have you thought about closing them as well? Or participating in the rest of the XfD process? You have a strong background in baseball and reverting vandalism, but have you considered branching out into other areas? We can always use help with the
Category:Wikipedia backlog. In short get involved in other things here at Wikipedia. We don't

I see that you have difficulty understanding GA criteria. Many of your GA review contains significant problems that needs to be resolved.

Taking over the award-giving task of the project coordinator in the GAC backlog elimination drive showed a terrible lack of judgement.[1] Prematurely handing out awards without even attempting to contact the coordinator or anyone else involved with running the project has caused an issue that has never before been experienced in Wikipedia, and has subsequently diluted the value of barnstar awards. Additionally, failing to respond to messages on your talk page is poor form.[2][3] Admins need communication skills, an ability to work collaboratively, and must act with good judgment and a respect for others and their positions and work. Lastly, your reviews of
WP:GAC candidates and the results of said reviews shows a lack of understanding of the
GA criteria, which leaves me to question your ability to understand and appropriately enforce Wikipedia policy. LARA♥LOVE 06:33, 27 August 2007 (UTC)reply
Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
There haven't been a lot, but I am happy about the way I have started to maintain
Portal:Baseball.
Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
Fortunately, so far, I have only had one such incident. Almost exactly a year ago, the now-blocked
TrevorMay started adding File:JasonEllison.jpg to
Jason Ellison, when the image was clearly not of Ellison.
Nishkid64,
71.139.207.183, and myself fixed the article on numerous occasions, but he continued to re-add the image with such dismissive edit summaries as "rv vandalism". Eventually, he added
User:UBX/gay to a page in my userspace, something he also did to
User:Ian mckenzie. After about a month of persistent reverting, he eventually backed off. I have not seen him on Wikipedia since. In that case, the conflict ended before I had to take further measures, but if the conflict escalated, I would first go to
WP:3. If I was found to be in the wrong, I would back off, but if the third opinion agreed with me and the person with whom I was having a dispute with refused to agree, I would report the incident to
WP:AN/I and, if necessary, go to more serious arbitration.
Borrowed from
Glen (
talk·contribs), I'm sure he wont mind. These should test you editing skills, and show if you have any weaknesses which you can work on. So, just write your answer next to the Question. Good luck.
