Mad Pierrot ( talk · contribs · count) I've been editing Wikipedia actively over the past few months, mostly fighting vandalism and new page patrolling. I'm hoping to get some feedback on areas where I can improve. [mad pierrot] [t  c] 17:22, 23 July 2009 (UTC) reply

  • I hope that the decreased contributuions in this month are no indication you left wikipedia. There is good editing skills here and a firm graps into the csd process. Which is good. One thing i may add for improvement may be to help your vandalism fighting skills is consider the wether the names of the accounts your undoing go against wikipedia naming conventions. But that is only something to compliment what you are doing. It gets stressful sometimes but i think you have a good head on your shoulders. If really anything to improve, is come back editing. happy editing Ottawa4ever ( talk) 12:18, 26 September 2009 (UTC) reply

Questions

  1. What are your primary contributions to Wikipedia? Are there any about which you are particularly pleased? Why?
I mostly revert vandalism and I recently acquired rollback rights. I also patrol new pages frequently, and I feel that I am pretty good about determining whether an article meets any criteria for speedy deletion and which one specifically.
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
Whenever another user disagrees with my edits, whether they be deletion nominations, discussions, or vandalism reverts, I try hard to either explain my interpretation of Wikipedia policies or ask for clarification about the other user's interpretation.
