The article might be missing a few quotation marks which are to be added shortly, otherwise, the above misguided claim of the copyright violation can only be explained via his rather careless reading of both, the new article and one of a number of sources which confirm each other (in a similar manner) and the information provided thereof. --

I came upon this while investigating an older copyvio. I have notified the contributor, who claims to be the webmaster, of the steps necessary to verify permission. Since he doesn't log in often, I have also contacted the webmaster of the website directly for verification of permission. --

Speedily deleted in spite of incomplete assertion of permission. (Seems likely that creator is website owner and might have verified if pointed to
WP:IOWN. New article in place that does not infringe...on text, anyway. Some image concerns addressed at commons. --

The original image is in all likelihood copyrighted (probably a baseball card company) and being on public display has nothing to do with its copyright status, much like a movie being broadcast on TV does not mean I'm then free to make copies.].
