Reason: Old username reflects an ideological stance ("Fenian") that, while I still agree with, is too specific for the wide ranging political and ethical beliefs I maintain, and it often encourages disruptive and abrasive responses from people who strongly disagree with Irish republicanism. This detracts from a productive and civil Wikipedia experience. "Direct action" better reflects my over-arching beliefs and is less controversial, which will allow me to edit Wikipedia without ever having my edits unduly challenged due to the implications of my username. I've been wanting to change from "BostonFenian" for a long time. Thanks for your help.

Reason: When creating this account moments ago, I didn't realize that we could have separate words as our user names. I'm sorry, I'm new to Wikipedia and assumed that a user name had to be all one word. For professional reasons I'd like it changed to our actual name, please and thank you. It would be very helpful. Much appreciated. I have not done anything on wiki yet so I figured it would be best to get this in to you asap.

Wow--thank you for getting back to me so quickly! Okay, how about just "SJRollerDerby" as a user name? I've checked it against the list and it's generic enough that it can't be associated with our not-for-profit. Hope that works :) Cheers! — Preceding

Yes, it's just me. All I'd like to do is write an article on the not-for-profit I volunteer for (hence the "we"). I'm the only one who will be using this account to do so. Thank you again for your quick reply :) — Preceding

Reason: Real name is featured in username, when making this account I foolishly included my last name into it. This was a significant error on my part and has led to significant harassment. In light of this, I would like to request the account be renamed 'BB2789' so that this issue can be rectified. Kind regards.

Reason: I am creating a page in honor of an American Doctor, and I used his name is my original username because I wanted a login specific for the page I was creating. Wikipedia has now told me I cannot do this, and I need to have a name reflecting me as a contributor, and not reflecting the page that is up for creation. This new name will accomplish this.

Reason: I asked on the Dutch pages a long while ago to get my nickname " Tijs schelstraete" changed. But my nick for English wikipedia remained unedited. Is it also possible that my past and future edits can happen under the Dutch nick I use ( " Chewing tinfoil ") ? Thanks a lot!

Reason: My previous name was violating the user policy because it has relations to a company or group (or in my case a band). So I was told by OrangeMike and other Wikipedia users that I should consider changing my name. The only intentions I have with this account is to add information to the Wikipedia article "Portchester School", because the school is actually no longer called Portchester School, it is called Harewood College. I am a student of the school and I represent the school as school Captain. I am not intending on creating another "October Fires" Wikipedia article because the band lacks global recognition and importance. Thank you very much for your time.
