WP:SMALLCAT of unclear necessity. We do not have a comprehensive scheme of automatically subcategorizing all rural localities in Russia by individual local district, so this isn't part of a comprehensive subcategorization scheme -- and with just ten pages in the target category, it doesn't qualify for the "diffusion of a too-large parent category" pass either. And while a scan of the proposed redirect target reveals a couple of other articles that could theoretically be moved here, that still wouldn't get this up to five entries. So the place should just be in the North Ossetia–Alania parent category rather than needing its own dedicated special category.

That is only a list of the highest ones. It wouldn't do to have a large table list in the
proper motion article. Instead having a separate list article would serve that function. (a simple cut-off could be highest 100; and additionally other sublists of high velocity stars, such as by star type (ie. main sequence, neutron stars, white dwarfs, etc); while the proper motion article would only have a small list of the top 10 fastest ones). --
