Competition climbing is sometimes also called "sport climbing". Keep all the disciplines together, there will never be enough to beat WP:SMALLCAT otherwise. Note that this was called:
men's combined sport climbing at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.(emphasis added) The name of the governing body is International Federation of Sport Climbing, renamed in 2007 from "International Council for Competition Climbing". This would be going backward. For categories, always start with the general topic and work down. There are non-competitive sport climbers. If and only if someday there are 20 notable self-described "Competition climbers" who have won the Olympics, then revisit.
