Nominator's rationale:merge, redundant layer with only one subcategory. Except in Crimea, Ukrainian people are diffused by first-level administrative divisions (oblasts).

Nominator's rationale: There was a discussion on
6 March 2016 to rename many traffic accident categories to use the "incidents" label, but as can be seen there remain many that use the "accident" label. Possibly C2C-able but would rather make sure it gets consensus since category root uses 'accidents' terminology.

I am not too sure about list requirements in general, but I doubt this would even qualify for a list. Suggestion: list all current category members on the talk page of this discussion page and leave it to anyone to boldly create a list article with the risk that it gets AfD'd right away.

Fayenatic london: I do not agree with this. Puberty in preteens (10-12) is not considered precocious puberty, but normally occurring puberty. Now for the pregnancy being precocious, yes it is, but it's not the same as a girl with precocious puberty (e.g. a 6-year-old) getting pregnant.

I thought the point of the bizarre acronym is so that people will want to find out what it stands for, so I would lean towards not renaming, but have no firm opinion here. Aza24 (talk)03:34, 3 September 2022 (UTC)reply
Keep It does no harm! Oppose rename. It's used on 489 User pages. I also suspect if it is deleted, it'll just keep being recreated as a red link category that the page will end up being protected. LizRead!Talk!06:09, 7 September 2022 (UTC)reply
So we should stop trying to enforce the rules because some people are willing to go out of their way to subvert them? That makes absolutely zero sense. Not to mention the category is largely template-populated anyway so the number of users in the category is a red herring.
