Especially since the very nature of lynchings often meant that it was less than clear in some cases what the victim was actually accused of, and we also at times deal with after the fact disputes of what the accused was accused of. - Hi. The purpose of Category:German Army (1935–1945) personnel was to serve as the main parent category for Category:German Army personnel of World War II, Category:German Army (1935–1945) soldiers and Category:German Army (1935–1945) officers. The two former categories are supposed to be separate; the first includes those who served in the German Army during the Nazi regime at some point, while the second includes those who specifically served in WW2. The purpose of Category:German Army (1935–1945) personnel was to serve as the main parent category for Category:German Army personnel of World War II, Category:German Army (1935–1945) soldiers and Category:German Army (1935–1945) officers. The two former categories are supposed to be separate; the first includes those who served in the German Army during the Nazi regime at some point, while the second includes those who specifically served in WW2.
