Nominator's rationale: rename per actual content, most of the content in the subcategories is about Anglican clergy in Wales of the Church of England, rather than of the Church in Wales.

Keep -- The name is accurate. The Church in Wales is part of the Anglican Communion, but as independent of it as overseas provinces within the Communion. It is no more or less subject to the Archbishop of Canterbury as the Anglican churches in Australia, Canada, etc.

Rename Both names are accurate, but the proposed one far clearer for non-experts. Plus most of these move in and out of Wales over their careers.

Delete, together with subcategories. Double overkill of a term. Both terms, 'totalitarian' and 'dictator' are controversial and are a judgement, rather than an objective characterisitic . See also the note in page

DeleteCategory:Totalitarian dictatorships and
Category:Former totalitarian dictatorships, definitely agree with terminological overkill and most importantly delete the category because countries are usually not permanently in a state of dictatorship so it's not a defining characteristic of a country. But I have doubts about the other two child categories (about dictators), because although the term 'dictator' is controversial, this term is nevertheless being used in sources to label certain heads of state.

Delete The whole tree goes against consensus. I would also note that several of the articles in Wikipedia on 20th-century leaders in Latin America have major issues with POV-pushing that need to be addressed.

Nominator's rationale: Per the spirit of
WP:C2C, "bringing a category into line with established naming conventions for that category tree", and
WP:C2D, "facilitating concordance between a particular category's name and a related article's name." The subdivisions of Vietnamese provinces are called huyện.
67 categories translate that word as "districts" and so does the main article,
List of districts of Vietnam. All of the articles in this category describe themselves as "districts" and are already categorized as such. Only this category translates the word as "counties"; having a separate category tree for an alternative translation does not aid navigation.

Delete but leave a category redirect, to prevent re-creation. I expect that there will be English language publications that will use the term "county". I found the term "county-level" town in
Tu-son. However
Category:Districts of Vietnam clearly indicatfes that there are two administrative levels, province and district.
