Nominator's rationale: Clear case of
WP:TIES; in Indian English the spelling "programme" is used. W.D.Graham 22:59, 2 January 2014 (UTC)reply
REname per nom: Indian English generally follows British English, though it has some extremely convoluted compound nouns that seem to be a literal translation of a Hindi or Urdu compound noun. However, is there enough content to justify a separate category for a lunar (as opposed to a space) programme?

Nominator's rationale: i want to renaming from liberal parties in the united states to modern american liberal parties which is more accurate naming category.

Oppose at this time. How does using the ambiguous 'modern' help?

Oppose as is. Contemporary would be better than modern, but both are ambiguous. Also American can refer to anything in the Americas, and not just the United States.

Comment the nominator seems to have an obsession with these two categories, with several warnings concerning the older category on the nominator's talk page. --
