Function details: The bot will update popular pages reports for wikiprojects on wiki. An example report can be seen here: User:NiharikaKohli/Test_popular_pages. This task was performed by Mr.Z-bot earlier (see Wikipedia:WikiProject Athletics/Popular pages) but that tool is no longer maintained. The bot will make use of the newly-rolled out pageviews API to determine page views for a given article. It will work off of an on-wiki config page which will be maintained by the community. A demo config page can be seen here: User:NKohli (WMF)/Test config. The number of records displayed on the report page will depend on the config.
