Function Summary: Auto-assess articles for various WikiProjects.
Edit period(s)(e.g. Continuous, daily, one time run): On demand.
Already has a bot flag(Y/N): Y
Function Details: On request from the relevant WikiProject, existing instances of their banner will be assessed: Redirects and disambiguation pages will
be automatically assessed with class=redirect/disambig and importance=NA, stubs
will be automatically assessed with class=stub if not already assessed, and non-article pages will be automatically assessed with the appropriate class and importance=NA. Template names may also be canonicalized.
Discussion
This is either the same code as approved at
AnomieBOT 8 with more assessment options recognized, or it's the same code as approved at
AnomieBOT 14 working on already-tagged articles instead of on articles in a category. Since this is something where I can just change a few parameters, I'm asking for a general approval to run this task as requested instead of making a one-time request. Code is
here.
