Keep I don't get the proposal. It's not a stub and all of its sources are considered reliable by guidelines and the project. In fact, some parts of this article were originally from the other X manga article which was split due size issues among other stuff.

Keep Anime News Network is a reliable source. I clicked one of the links to them in the article and found a full review.
https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/review/x-tv/dvd-3 There is a list of websites that count as reliable sources. There is even a custom search for Anime and Manga related things at
[4] that only searches for websites listed as reliable sources. You can search for the name of this series as well as the writer to find results.
