A very minor area of a medium sized town: no local government specific to the area, it is not even a ward on the local council in its own right. Any number of ill-defined parts of any given town could have a couple of sentences written about them, without there being any real natability. White City is not marked on local maps.

Delete I agree, there is very little that even comes up for this on Google, as it isn't an administrative unit and not on maps it clearly isn't officially recognized. Based on the
Geograph link it appears to be in
St Anne's & St John's ward
[1], however it would need to have more sources showing that it exists, as it appears to be just as a local area and the ward article doesn't exist anyway so merging isn't really possible anyway. Crouch, Swale (

Delete as it is a recently created nickname for an area which is otherwise designated, that never became official or widely used.
