The only ref that is an independent reliable source appears to be about the brand being acquired as part of a larger deal, not in-depth coverage of the article subject. I didn't find much else in my own search. I'm not sure if this is a case of copyright violation or citeogenesis, but much of the content is nearly word-for-word from the company's own website.
