PROD tag removed by author, who then made the page a redirect to Knowledge-Based Engineering (by the way, redirects to article sections do not work), "not implying equivalence, rather it denotes a particular domain mapping". In any case, the term is a neologism/protologism not in wide use (a tiny handful of actual Google hits, most of which point to the author's web page [1]), apparently made up by the author.
