Delete - at first glance this appears to be adequately sourced with four sources. Of the four: ToonZone describes itself as a "site run by a group of devoted animation fans" and doesn't appear to qualify as a reliable source for establishing notability. Same for Mania.com, which allows anyone to register and post reviews with little or no indication of editorial oversight. The Wired article, while a reliable source, is a general article about the series and not specifically about the episode. That leaves IGN. A single source is not good enough to establish the notability of the individual episode. Notability requires multiple independent reliable sources that are substantially about the episode.
