The only claim to the subject's notability is based on being a recipient of a minor government award, which is given annually to young academics in the field of linguistics. - Delete per WP:TNT, WP:BLP, and WP:NOTRESUME. I won't even consider the merits because this is not an article, but a random list of facts about a living person, which may or may not be true. In 2007, this could be excused, but in 2020, it is untenable. Bearian ( talk) 02:41, 16 April 2020 (UTC)
