WP:GEOLAND is the guideline covering notability of islands. It says "The number of known sources should be considered to ensure there is enough verifiable content for an encyclopedic article." So far it doesn't look like there are enough sources to build a real article (including from a cursory Google search), but maybe some new ones could be found.
