Softwin doesn't seem as notable as Bitdefender. Suggest merging and deletion of the article. Also, article has no references. The article was previously WP:PROD ed in 2008 but the tag was removed. - Keep. I would not say "no coverage", see Google News, including BBC. Softwin and Bitdefender are now separate companies. Softwin is managed by Măriuca Talpeș [1], while BitDefender is managed by Florin Talpeș. Softwin's business is based on educational software (Intuitext) and customer service consulting (Paxato).
