- (Author here) There was dedicated coverage of this in a pretty important set of newspapers of record, which I think clearly passes the notability bar. On the other hand, the article is pretty short and because it's an event that may or may not ever happen again, I don't think it would be a big deal to merge and redirect to Slow Food.
