Keep: Shurijeh is one of the villages of Khorasan Razavi province in Iran and has the necessary notability, new materials and sources have been added to the article. And the quality of the article shows that the article needs to be kept. --

Delete - There is no evidence here that the actual topic of the article is legally recognised in any form. This is essentially an article about two villages (which may or may not be recognised), neither of which is actually called "Shurijeh".
WP:GEOLAND #1 require legal recognition of the populated place, which is not conferred automatically by the Iranian census which in fact includes lots of places that are not actually communities. No evidence here either of a
WP:GNG pass. The dam article is about the dam, not the locality, and indeed describes the dam as being located at "PolGazi village of Marzdaran". The Kashraf river map shows nothing about this supposed locality. GEONet Names server is inaccurate for the same reasons that GNIS is inaccurate.

Delete - this article refers to a region, which is not shown to have significance. Instead, the two articles on lower and upper Shurijeh should be added to, as those are the two populated places that should pass GEOLAND
