Somali Islamic Scholar, electrical engineer, mathematician, historian and preacher. Apparently claiming Norwegian citizenship, although this like everything else in the article is not reliably sourced. One possible RS here is the BBC article, but that's an interview. Fails WP:GNG.

Copied from talk page: Hi, I am Seepsimon. I have created an article Sheikh Mustafa Haji Ismail Haroun, one of the well known Somali islamic scholars in east Africa. I have added plenty of reliable sources till now. I am still collecting another reliable sources. Feel free to research everything related to the article that I have created. Thanks again.
