This title is a name from a video game taken to refer to the leader of Harad in the Tolkien universe. There's no real coverage of this figure in reliable sources. The article consists of some direct quotes referring to the unnamed figure in LOTR, then a reference to the video game, with some possible OR sprinkled in (unsourced statements about how some fans don't consider something to be "canonical" is usually OR).
