This one was a stub with scope for expansion, as demonstrated. (There's even more to be had on the 19th century use from that source, so scope for further expansion still, exists.) The road editors completely missed the wood for the trees again.

Keep. The Bednar book alone has, what, more than five or six pages on Scott Circle. Clearly notable, and there are lots of interesting things to write up.

WP:GNG.
Keep. Don't know what this article looked like before, but at present it is a well-developed and well-referenced work covering its topic in considerable depth. --
