Delete or move to
List_of_Tamil-language_television_channels#News as this channel exists and has gotten some but not enough attention as shown
here along with passing mentions
here and
here (this last one for image attribution). Considering
Sathiyam tv was started in June 2013 and this current article was started shortly after, further creation with no significant improvement may require page protection and I'll add this to my watchlist.

Weak Keep, the channel has received
coverage for its shows, warning given by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and for a teacher abusing a Congress MLA during one of its shows.--

Delete: Advertising/spam. There are undoubtedly controversies, as there would be with any Tamil language broadcaster. That should be discussed elsewhere, though. This particular "tv" having its own article, filled with links and promos, is intolerable, as that will remain in the history, and someone will always be motivated to revert back (since someone was motivated to create it, twice). Yes, current controversies with private media should get coverage, but not by granting each one a platform for advertising.
