WP:NACTOR, which calls for multiple notable performances. Sources listed are minor ones. Previous AFD was 6.5 years ago (resulting in "no consensus"), and in the intervening time she has yet to add a second credit to her IMDb listing.

Delete. Keword in NACTOR is "multiple" which isn't shown.
No the keyword in WP:Actorbio is the third point whichis covered.

No, having a role in even a notable movie does not achieve that. Notability is not inherited. Did she initiate some new style of acting, that is still getting discussed and learned years later? That would be the sort of thing to meet the unique contributions called for in #3. --

The third point? "Has made unique, prolific or innovative contributions to a field of entertainment." We'd need a source that says so, if that is the point you mean. I don't think there's anything suggesting that point is met.

Delete -- does not meet
WP:NACTOR and significant RS coverage not found. Starring in one, marginally notable movie does not satisfy ACTOR. The movie's budget was $150,000 which suggests that the movie was not significant.

While IMDb has a claimed US release date in 2013, given that Box Office Mojo has no listing of it and Rotten Tomatoes has only 1 critic review of it, it's possible it was never even released to theaters (there were some festival showings, apparently.) --

Merge and redirect to
Marianne (2011 film), she could have a paragraph there but does not pass
WP:NACTOR for a separate article. If not merged a redirect would still be useful
