Company that offers shell company registration. The sources in the article are mostly self-published, non-reliable or based on interviews and other PR. The only other source I could find is this German Vice article which explains how the process works with the subject as an example but there does not appear to be sufficient significant coverage to pass WP:CORP or WP:GNG.
