I don't think this location is notable. Shows up as a single building along the railroad on topos before the building disappears and only the name is left. Found some brief coverage for a literal garden named River Garden, but it was along the Russian River, and this one is by the Eel. There's a River Garden Farm with some old news results relating to a fatal fire, but that seems to be elsewhere in the state. There is also a River Garden Apartments development at Fort Bragg (or at least use to be).

However, the only thing I could find that relates to this site is a reference to the "River Garden area north of Nashmead", which fits this location. I don't see how the very minimal coverage of this could possibly reach the bar of notability. Hog Farm Talk 17:01, 21 April 2021 (UTC) reply
