Keep as the airline actually operated and has flown both the ATR72 and the Boeing 737 on cargo services in the past, possibly now defunct but still has encyclopedic value.

It is a non-primary source that confirms the airline has flown scheduled flights rather than a failed start up and is another confirmation that the airline is noteworthy for inclusion.

Merge (selectively) to
ASL Airlines Ireland which is the 70% stake holder here.
[1] The Quikjet subsidiary is a rather clear
WP:NCORP fail - lacking reliable INDEPTH secondary coverage. Possibly may be notable in the future - but this very small and new (with operations suspended and then restarted) operator simply doesn't have the coverage required per
WP:CORPIND.
