KEEP Is this some kind of joke? QUnit was originally part of JQuery, and as a standalone its most recent release was February 2024. Even if it's not used much these days, it's historically significant and should be kept on that basis alone.

If it's so historically significant you wouldn't have trouble finding reliable, secondary sources to substantiate its notability. --
