Delete no indication that this neologism has significant traction; google has lots of Prohawk hits but most seem to be about a Taiwanese company and a boat model and none of the first 30 or 40 -as far as I skimmed- seem to be this usage.

Delete as something made up in one day/hoax. I could find no sources verifying a haircut with this name even exists. —LinguistAtLarge •
