Paul Kern (insomniac)

It was discussed earlier at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Paul_Kern and the result was "Merge to insomnia", but somehow it was later unmerged. There is still no indication of notability, only some news from 1930s, and, what is more important, the article is totally WP:FRINGE, telling a story of a guy who have not slept for years, although the official record is 11 days.
