Not mentionned in the target. The redirect was blanked with the edit summary "Removed fake redirect created by Ghost In The Shell fanboys". Sylvestre's name appears in List of Ghost in the Shell characters so the redirect could be re-targeted but I'd be ok with simply deleting the redirect since he seems like a very very minor character.
